Default going up...

Made it thru the first week ...things are getting much better. weights have gone up a lot since I stopped over training and beating the hell out of my self
started the correct routine on 7-19 (thanks Eric3237) as of today 7-28
Bench 70lbs to 100 lbs,
Squats 100 to 150
Rows 110 to 210
Deadlift 125

I take it you're talking about what you were working with before vs. what you ramped the weights to the first week of 3x5! Otherwise 110 to 210 on rows may be a little much!

I'm glad you're liking it. Nothing like putting weight on the bar to get you back on track. This will get MUCH tougher. May seem like not much now but....you'l probably end up shattering all those lifts.

Thanks guys ...yes, I started to ramp the weight and when it came to the rows I just had to stop my self from adding more. I think I was way too light on the rows before, after todays work out and adding more weight I feel better and actually feel like I did a good work out I started to keep a journal on the 19th of July, now I am seeing how important and useful a tool it can be.
