Gender: | hello i was wondering if this is a good program monday - shoulders and arms and stuff wednesday - back and neck friday - shoulder and stuff and legs saturday - back and neck and the other 3 days i run and stuff or is that too much for the heart or the body or something? cus there are no resting days... thanks/ Arnold |

Gender: | Shoulders don't need thier own day, let alone two. Neck work should be avoided except by the very well trained and those that are knowledgable about the cevical area. The neck will grow with shrugs, deads, pulls in general. |
