Gender: | yeah, from what I've heard is that there is a difference between Stiff-legged deads and Romanian Deads. My roommate got a dvd at a T-nation both at the DC expo the other week and it had something about it. I can't remember what it was but the only real difference was one dragged the bar close to the shins while the other was out far in front of you. |
