Default good reference site

This site has very in-depth information about how to perform exercises and what muscles they work. you have to look around to find some but it is interesting.

http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

this one has training programs on the right side.

Good. I hate being confused. Not that it matters since I like them the way I do them no matter what they're called.

But that looks like some sort of "half deadlift".

yeah, from what I've heard is that there is a difference between Stiff-legged deads and Romanian Deads. My roommate got a dvd at a T-nation both at the DC expo the other week and it had something about it. I can't remember what it was but the only real difference was one dragged the bar close to the shins while the other was out far in front of you.
