That being said, a lot of the above depends on you. If you prefer a lot of volume, then option 2 would be best, utilizing an upper/lower split. That's what I personally prefer because I like a fair amount of volume. An example could be doing 3-6 sets per bodypart, upper twice, lower twice per week.

I also love the three full body's which obviously falls under option 3. For that to work, you'd need to divide your lowered volume equally over every other day. An example could be doing 1-3 sets per bodypart, three times a week.
