| Hello. I am a new member and my name is John. Altough I am an athlete I am not either a bodybuilder or powerlifter . I would like to answer questions in the forum but with my current knowledge unfortunatly I can only ask. I would be happy even if people directed me to right places for research but getting answers from you guys would be the ultimate obviously. Here is the question put plain and simple that I need to dig for an high school paper: If a bodybuilder of lets say 4 years who achived a good amount of mascularity. Stops lifting weights forever. But still takes his weight in grams of protein and good nutrition, would his body go back to its starting point. Thanks a lot guys. |

It is not a good form of energy storage for the body so it will be ditched in favor of more efficient means of energy dymamics no matter what and how much you eat. |
