Exclamation help me plz in weight

Hi there wts up guys

I've been lookin' through out te internet for a book log to register the weights and reps for my train so I can increase the wieghts in best availible way.

See what your 1 rep max's are for bench press, squat, military press, and deadlift, and we'll see what we can work out for you. Also, what do you want to do? Gain some muscle, get toned, get BIG?

I'm not sure what you mean, Flexin. You talking about some sort of online journal thing?

my wrong

what im talking about is a handbook to register the wieghts that I've reached to help me determined the wieghts that I should do in next train and valued my progress (something like log book)

That's what I thought but I wasn't sure. I've always just used a notebook. But you can get a logbook all sorts of places. They will likely have different setups though.

It is great that you are getting some type of logbook but basically all you need is paper

What I do, is each week, I go up in weights 5 Lbs if it's upper-body, and 10 Lbs if it's lower-body.
