| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | N.O. Explode and Cell Tech are overpriced garbage. Pick a good workout plan, such as Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Your abs grow just like all your other skeletal muscle. Crunches are just like if you put a 5 lb weight in your hand and curled that forever. Load up some weight on a decline bench. |

Gender: | yes, get a better program. Your prob killing yourself with all the lifting and running 6 days a week. Keep on the weight gainer, but food will be your best friend....EAT MORE. Scorch is right about your supps to. Might wanna to some sticky searching |
