Default hey help Out Brothers

soo the past 6 months i been weight lifting and gain around 25 pounds of muscles!

now i am aiming to burn fat and do little weight lifting
u guys kno any training i can use??

Keep lifting heavy weights, you need the anabolic hormones it produces to keep all the muscles when you're on energy deficit. Add some cardio training to your training routine, like running, jogging, powerwalking, bicycling and so on.

you can do the carido on days you are not lifting or if you are doing like anything but legs, you can do the cardio after the lifting. you body is already in burnfat ideals, so you would be helping it along. the only suggestion I have is if you do back and you do deadlifts like me I would really not do cardio on that day because deadifts are mostly lowerbody.
