It would be really hard to miss. Your looking at the 3-4in sticking out of the end. When you bench your inside the cage and the bar runs a good 3 ft plus. | |

Gender: | BRW, Jayz, I think most of us if we say "rack" or "squat rack" we mean something with safety spotters and all the kind of thing that has been pictured in this thread. But just in case there is any confusion these are commonly reffered to as "power racks". Whereas a "squat rack" could just simply be two upright supports for holding the bar to get underneath. |
