| Ross I talked to a couple people today and wanted to return to say I stand corrected. You are correct that my view is really a matter of size, not shape. My brain was viewing this as a change in the shape of the arm, not the individual muscle. |

Gender: | yeah, i have to agree w/ muscles being genetically shaped, some people got big peaks on there bi's, i got football shaped bis, nothing u can do, took a while to learn that, look at abs, some crooked, some perfect, same thing, you cant work a certain "area" specifically and expect it to change the shape, and don't waste time doing a million curls... |
