Gender: | Don't be scared of carbs either. Protein is alright, maybe a bit low. But play around with your diet, if you start seeing too much fat gain then reduce something slightly. Diet is largely trial and error and everyone is different. |

Gender: | yeah, i'll definitley play around w/ my diet and take in more protein too. I've always been afraid of gaining to much fat and i guess thats why i've never gotten really big either, do ya'll think (is it 0311)'s 5x5 split on the stickie board will be good for me? |
