| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Stay away from heavy upright rows. Instead, superset them with shrugs for a good burn. Upright rows will kill your rotators. Just do a heavy set of shrugs, then immediately do a set of 8 upright rows. Pick a light weight, and focus on the negative portion. |
