| I run to the gym and run home.... It`s 1.5 miles theres= 3 miles round trip.... Im trying right now to bulk up to 175-180.... Im 162 now. How many calories do you think im burning running there,working out,then running home.......? ![]() |

| Don't run there, either walk or get a ride. While I bulked up I ate A LOT of protein and pretty much ate everything I saw, I gained weight but watch out for too much junk food or your gonna gain weight in the places you don't want it. |

| But I dont have a choice.... I lost my license until March so I can only catch rides on certain days.... Otherwise it`s either run... or dont work out at all... I always run/ only when I absolutley have to so it`s pretty much like 2- maybe 3 times a week |

Gender: | Calories burned depends on alot of different factors, including weight, age, height, gender, and how intense the activity is. If you want to get an estimate you can use the free activity calorie calculators on the net such as this one: http://www.caloriesperhour.com/ Usually the more info they want about you, the more accurate their estimate is going to be. |
