I just think common sense should prevail. If I'm asking about a good chest routine, I don't think age or body fat would matter. If I'm asking about how much creatine to take, none of that stuff matters.

I'm not a big fan of tracking body fat (maybe 'cause mine is, like, 80%..lol). I prefer looking in the mirror.

Granted, a lot of posts here need a lot of the info posted above, but not necessarily all. I think it should be common sense what to divulge when asking quetions, though when in doubt, don't leave it out...

ok people... this post is not going in the direction i wanted it to go...

what i meant is, if anyone wants to change / shift to a new routine and wants advice on how good it is, it would be nice if he posted the above info because it would save those who choose to help some trouble...
