Haha. Yep. About 35 and they go south!

Nah, just kidding. The grey hairs coming in are bad enough.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

^^^^Haha. No it was a logical train of thought .

I should get back on subject before the thread gets locked down, lol.

Kerpenen, on the wide grip bench it doesn't matter how it feels now or wheter it burns or wether, as the old standby goes, "it's never given you a problem". These kinds of things are cumulative in nature and benching like that a lot is going to put wear a tear on the shoulder girdle that will come back to haunt you. It's really a very bad idea. You need to choose a more neutral grip so that you can keep the elbows tucked in closer to your sides.

You may not have a problem today or even next year, but if you keep it up as the load goes up eventually you're bound to have big problems.

Mmmkay.. So, when you say elbows tucked, in what direction would the upper part of the arm (bicep&tricep part) be pointing while doing the lift? I haven't really thought about that.. I've just lifted. As we all know, form is everything.. :P
