High pulls are just like upright rows, with the exception of having a wide grip on the barbell. Your arms should be 90 degrees when pulling the weight up. It is a spectacular exercise for your medial and posterior delts, traps, and upper back musculature.

Hey 0311, I havent been around in a while but I am still going strong. I wanted to let you know today will be my first day of waterbury method. I am two weeks into my pct and maintaining size atleast. I'm down 2lbs but my measurements have not changed. I had to take off last week with a shoulder/tri strain. I'm back in now, and ready to hit this up. Thanks for all your help with this man. I'm gonna run this for 4 weeks or so, then hit the HST again.
