Gender: | Just to clarify. My max weight for laterals is 20#. But after using the calculator on the HST site I would be using 5# for a couple workouts. And you're right, the results would be minimal. I'm planning on starting the ripptoe tomorrow and spending the rest of the week finding my max's for the exercises. This shouldn't be hard because I keep a very accurate training journal. Thanks for the advice you guys. I'll post my progress in the journal forum. |

Gender: | You don't need to find you maxes for the Rip. You don't have to be that exact and "hit your maxes" at a certain time. Just pick light to moderate weights and progress using the highest increments you can then lower the increments as they become too difficult...and keep on goin |
