| Man oh man, I came down with a pretty nasty case of the flu. Not only haven't I been able to work these last couple of days, I haven't been eating right. Everytime I eat something, I feel like throwing up. I looked at myself in the mirror and feel like I've lost several weeks of muscle gains. This sucks. How do you prevent from getting the flu anyways? |

Gender: | Of course the best way to avoid getting sick is just keeping a healthy diet and exercise, but every once in a while you just can't avoid it. I always make sure to get plenty of vitamins especially vitamin c to avoid the common cold and flu. |

Looking back I can see that the two constants were running and a half gallon of water a day. Matter of fact, none of my friends got sick either. -And no they didn't put nothing in our food, they couldn't afford it. ;) |

| Allright the best thing to do to prevent getting the cold or sick is taking a pill called Echinacea. This pill helps keep your immune system healthy and is very good at preventing you of getting sick. I take two every day during these cold days of spring and winter. I didnt get sick once this year, I usually always get sick. So I think i owe it to that. You can buy it at like walmart, and drug stores. I recomend it. I also think you should get your vitmens and stuff that helps as well. |

Getting sick I think isn't necessarily a bad thing from time to time because it'll keep you out of the gym long enough to rest your joints. When you come back you are hungrier and energized to lift heavy. |

Gender: | I just got sick and have been for about 3 days now. Probally due to the fact I was traveling around and getting stressed out due to job interviews. I'll tell you this, being on a CKD diet and having the shits isn't a good thing..let's just say I'm like a soft serve ice cream maker |
