| Just want to let u all know i do. Anyways i dont know why but if i jog down the road my calfs hurt like a bitch. Have no idea why my guess is its cuz im fat but it blows because the fatigue in my calfs comes way before im tired. any ideas lemme know on how i can fix this. i basically have been hitting the opliptical and im trying to buy a new bike. |

Gender: | Keep running your calves should adapt.They are probably just not used to the workload. BTW I hate running too,if we were really meant to run why would we as a society spend so much time creating other modes of transport THINK about it! |

| Rank: New Member | I love running. I like to lace up a pair of shoes, comfortable shorts, comfortable shirt, and an Ipod and just take off running. You don't necessarily have to use the Ipod (I don't). I do however use the time to think about some stuff that's going on in my life. Plus running always helps me clear my head when I'm over loaded (or so it seems). |
