i agree fully with 0311! DC training WILL give you good results if you put in the work (in the gym and at the dinner table). gotta LOL at that comment about the logbook as it is the dead truth, and OMG that 20 repper on the squats is bru-tal. stretching is not the piece of cake one would think either. definitly a solid program that produces solid results

I told my partner we were going to start this in a couple of weeks and he got this look on his face like what are you doing to me now.
