| I usually squat w/ a closer gap between my legs, i have tried squatting with a wider stance but i don't quite have the flexibility, how can i get that flexibility because i know that wide stance squatting works more muscles. |

| Stand with your legs as if you were going to do a squat with a wide stance. Squat down as far as you can. Then grab a 45lb weight and cross your arms over it and squat down again. Eventually you should be able to do it. Also, try using a leg press machine with a wide leg spread. It will also increase flexability. |
