Gender: | Would you rather post a question and wait for a response everytime you dont know something....or would you rather read everything you can and be master of your domain (so to speak haha)?? I would (and did) choose the latter. |

When members say "don't lift them", they mean that you don't necessarily need to use any direct arm work if you focus instead on heavy presses and pulls. In other words, instead of having an "arms day" to bomb and blast them, you could do indirect exercises with a lot more weight such as underhanded chins, heavy barbell rows, bench press, ect. Basically, IMO, doing a 220 lb barbell row trumps a 35 lb hammer curl.. Follow the logic? | |

You have to give us some more info. What does your workout scheduale look like ? There is a reason that your arms aren't growing and that could be that your overtraining them...Sometimes less is more. | |
