| i work very hard at getting bigger...i eat a gross amount of good food workout hard and recently i have stopped my cardio for awhile in an attempt to put on a lot of weight. Everything seems to be getting bigger except my arms...they are alittle over 13" which is also about the same size as my forearms...i need some help. 6'4" 215 20 years old 15%bF |

Gender: | We are not being vague. We are telling you the answers are in the stickies. Educate yourself and read them. They all have great information in them. We don't spoon feed here. Also read some of the articles, there is one on biceps. That is all the spoon feeding you're going to get. |

Gender: | If everything else is getting bigger the arms should follow. I'm new to this site as well.. But listen to these guys they'll point you in the right direction you just have to do a little research on here as well. There is plenty of info here. IMO bigger arms is not always better. just me though... Build it all fella... |

Gender: | just give it time, your a tall guy you'll see improvements, it might be slow but their there... i have a tall friend that i work out with that looks skinny but when i go up to him he's as big as me. its just cause hes a tall guy and i'm standing at 5'8... just continue with what your doing and it'll come in no time... |

| At the top of the training forum there are several stickies that will help you, i'd start with "why arent you growing" and "the ultimate workout resource list". Then go into the diet nutrition section and read the "how to bulk" sticky. once you've done that, come back in this thread and repost specific questions. I hope that helps. |
