Capone, I'd say you're overdoing it on Monday for chest. I'd do regular bench, and maybe incline, and do bench again, along with close-grip (if I did that) on Wednesday or Friday. As far as skull crushers, I hate them. They are known to be really hard on the elbows. Dips are good, though. You could rearrange a few other things.

Max bench 300 @ 205, you're doing good, kid! I'm 260, and I'm doing 225x3...

Since when did a 1.5BW bench become shameful? I think it is time for a reality check.

might want to lower the rep scheme if you're going for more "strength"...the closer you work toward the 300 mark...the stronger you will get.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224

you're benching 1.5 times your body weight.

Slow and steady is the best way to get there.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
