| Last summer I used to just do situps at night, and now I am just doing pushups but I want to do both along with my gym workouts. Would it be better to do pushups at night/situps in the morning or vice versa? Or does it matter? I dont really want to do both in the morning or both at night. What do you guys do? Thanks! |
