With that kinda diet it's a wonder you're not LOSING weight!

read the sticky: What a bodybuilder eats

Once you figure out how much and what you should eat, yu should track your calories on Fitday.

Eat a big ol' breakfast with some fats, protein and complex carbs in it!

I think I'd pass out if all I had for brekki was a shake.

And I'd definitly be passed out if I didn't eat any real food until 3 hours after a W/o.

Last time I checked 6' 235lbs is big....I haven't seen pic's of you so I don't know if it's mostly fat.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Also, i just noticed by looking at your lifts, your probably one of those guys who does chest like 3 times a week and legs once (If not, no offesnse, just an observation). Usually, people are strongest on deadlifts, than squats, than bench, and your completely opposite. How do you train?
