Default In Need Of Some Expert Advice

Alright heres the downlow. I'm 5'10 about 210 now and just turned 17. I used to play soccer until last june about 9 months until i broke my leg. At that time i was about 160 lb and skinny. I was a big kid in my early days. After recoverin in august i started wrokin out hard in septemeber. I was just on some protien, but always ate like a muthafucka. By december i was 195 lb and started playing soccer again. On decebemer 10th i was playin my first soccer game and broke my leg agian and was on crutches until march 19. i had recieved surgeryand a full length metal rod was placed in my leg. I started weightliftin agian in the middle of febuary. i am bigger then before and almost the same strength. I train everyday, and never feel tired, and im always oushing my self. At 17 i make all the little skinny kids look liek shyt and im fukin tuff too .and they all think im on roids LOL . . I eat alot every 2 hours a shytload of natural protien food, and workout like a muthafucka wiht an amazing intensity. Finally I was just wonderin if somebody could help me out to cut some fat off my backside and abbs, otherwise on my upperbody im fine. If you can please recommend me excellent supplemnt, or some excersises. i would like to be 200 and jacked with your help. Thanx for bearing with me and taking the time to read my post.

your best supplement would be food. If you want to cut, then you have to take out some fat from your diet. Curently we do not know anything about what you are doing. What do you eat (calories/protein/carbs/fat)? How do you train ?

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
