Default Is it bad

to work out your arms one day and then chest the next? i don't want to overtrain my arms.

i did a ton of arm stuff today and i was thinking of doing some presses tomorrow. i could do legs tomorrow and chest on thurs...

why don't you do yourself (and everyone here who feels inclined to reply as i do) a HUGE favor and read the stickies? i'm sure it will help you.
