Gender: | Thanks everyone for the help. I'll continue with what I'm doing then and in two weeks add more weight and go for sets of 4 and two weeks after that see what my 1 rep max's are. Do you think 3 sets are enough or at some point do you think I should go to 4 sets? Thanks. Riley |
