Thanks everyone for the help. I'll continue with what I'm doing then and in two weeks add more weight and go for sets of 4 and two weeks after that see what my 1 rep max's are.

Do you think 3 sets are enough or at some point do you think I should go to 4 sets? Thanks.

^^If you're progressing then you shouldn't be worrying about whether 3 sets is enough or if you should do 4. Do what you want as long as you keep progressing.

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:255 [1x3]
