Default Is my workout good?

Hi guys,

Here is my workout:

One Arm Rows
Bent Over Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Upright Rows
Dumbbell Curls
Overhead Triceps Extensions
Dumbbell Squats
Stiff Legged Deadlifts

2 sets of each exercise for 10-12 reps on monday, wednesday, friday.

I've been doing this workout for few weeks and it seems to be working. Could you please post your opinion about my workout?

Thanks

So your chest doesn't get any love?

If you did barbell rows, you could eliminate both of these for the better exercise.

If it's working for you, then keep at it. I suggest putting legs first in your routine since you are at your strongest early. Also look into the HST thread I made by clicking here. It's the same concept you are doing.

Thanks a lot for answer! I was very happy to hear that the workout should "work".

I use these two exercises because I only have dumbbells at home.

I'm on my 3rd week and hope to see some minor results after 6-8 weeks. I'm also trying to change my diet, slowly but it works.

Thanks again.

I'd throw in flat bench or some other compound exercise for chest

Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]

"Shut up and squat!"

"NO, this is my squat rack. Go get your own!"

I'd throw some DB bench presses in there.

Also some Arnie presses (http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...noldPress.html) would do you some good, too. Maybe some shrugs.

Try alternating regular curls with hammer curls.

No ab work?
