Default Is there such a thing as to much

Hey, in terms of losing weight can you actually over train?
Example If I run 30 mins a day{ 800 cals} and on top of that I weight train 1 hour a day, and I do this 7 days a week. In terms of fat lose is that to much?
I know im not going to get any muscle gains but I lift to try and maintain what i have.
And if that is not bad for me would changing that 30 mins a day of running to 1 hour of running be better?

Thank you in advance.

30 min of cardio and 1 hr of weight training is not to much but 7 days a week is. 6 max and that is pushing it. I prefer 4 - 5 per week. Also I highly doubt you are burning 800cals in 30 min of cardio. The machine is lying to you.

Have your diet in order.

im going typically 7 days.

but i take a one day break from the weights every four days or so.

im gettin my cardio in almost everyday.

i dont feel like im overtraining and the fat is coming off.

if i take a day off completely my appetite goes berserker...not sure if its mental.

Definitely, the more you burn the more you will loose weight. If you want to maintain your muscle mass in the process you must give time for your muscles to recover. Do you wear a heart rate watch? If you are over training you will notice that your heart beat does not get up as easily as it used to get. Your body temperature will also slightly rise.

If you want to maintain your muscle mass it is necessary to learn to count calories. You should mark down everything you eat and make sure you take in at least 2 grams of protein per every kg you weigh. You also should not have a calorie deficit larger than 500 calories per day.
