Ease up and learn to be openminded to the fact that a lot of published "preconcieved notions" are flat out wrong. Joe Wider and Arnold S. talked about "shocking muscles", but that was the train of thought back in the 1970's!! So if something's popular, or thinking if certain pro's do something it HAS to work (not taking into account the heavy AAS usage and supreme genetics).

I could direct this another route and talk about the fanatic Metzner LOL, and some of his worldwide published books talking about "a muscle being mostly comprised of water, so you only need 70 grams of protein per day and upwards of 3 gallons of ice water to grow bigger muscles!".

u know guys, i think we should have a forum that says "agree with me" for ppl like him who just want 10 ppl to confirm what he is doing is correct. that way, we can all increase are post count too
Buddy, Just STFU, really. He didn't "own" me in any way. Just shutup, honestly. At least he helped me and didnt post:

Code:
u remind me of an old me
Yeah, that really helped me douchebag. Thanks so much. Get a life.

@Eric-Just saying that, if this method has been written by "professional" bodybuilders and edited and approved by countless others, then it should be a method that works. Oh and I never said I "Could not" do the 5x5. Read again. Thanks for your help once again, I'm done here.

First off, anyone can write a book and have it published. Just because the book has been written doesn't mean the contents are 100% true.

As far as not trusting my advice, thats fine. I only offer my opinion and nothing more. BUT I am right, so take that for what you will.

And at 15 years old...you should not be running around an internet forum calling people douschebags and telling them to shut the fuck up...Honestly, show some goddamn respect...please.
