| Rank: Member | I have never done really any cardio before or after my workouts but now I think I should. I was considering jumping rope for about 10 or 15 instead of running. How many days a week should I do this? I am currently working out 5 days a week trying to gain weight. |

| Rank: Bantamweight | I've used the jump rope as a warm up as an alternative to the bike or treadmill. It's okay, I guess. I also keep the rope in my bag, becasue sometimes at the gym if I need to wait for a piece of equipment for a bit, I'll jump rope for a few minutes to keep warm and keep the heart rate up. |
