Gender: | ok so i have been struggling with this annoying thin layer of fat over my abs. i feel them underneath they just arent visible. what i was wondering is if its true that you can turn fat into muscle? sorry if its kind of a dumb question but i am a noob with bodybuilding. thanks in advance. |

| There is no direct way to to "turn fat into muscle", it doesnt work like that. You can however burn fat, and build muscle. Being able to see your abs is going to be a matter of diet, and getting your bodyfat low enough to see the defined abs under there. |
