Default Just got back into weightlifting....

hey all, i havent been on in a year... but here it goes... i gained 50lbs and ive got some bitch tits and a gut. im looking into getting back into weightlifting, cardio and a nutritional change.... but i dont know where to start with all of it. i need some guidence, where do i start and how do i get back in the swing of things? thanks

Sounds like you have your attention on the extra unnecessary weight. Perhaps the first thing to do is trim down some, so you can take care of that?

Then you could switch gears and pack on some muscle.
