Gender: | Yeah. Look at the last paragraph I added. Apparently instead of maximum overload (sounds like a Stephen King book) he has discovered his holy grail: progressive overload! Duh... |

I'll go sit at Barnes and Noble tonight and read about 30 books on how to curl and squat. Chill out. Im not doubting your knowledge. Its obvious you love to cut and paste. ROFL. |

Go to failure..Curl and squat..Don't disagree with me! I have 20+ years experience and I can squat like a forklift. how's this: Hey guys, I just benched 600 lbs on the smith machine the other day and I've got a question. What do you guys think about doing bench in the smith? I'll stick to cut and pasting because: * it's from guys more knowledgable than us..Who don't guage workouts by neither "feel" nor "soreness"..I think it would do you some good to pop a squat in the bookstore and learn weightlifting isn't about "feel". No offense of course..I like being "sassy". | |
