Say what you will, but when someone provides solid evidence on an issue, refuting it with "oh I hit a nerve" or "i've been lifting for 20yrs" wont get you too far. I know plenty of guys who have been lifting for 20yrs and are fat, old, and 'kinda strong' ... that doesnt do much for me. | |
