Default Light headed after leg training

today after i finished my leg training quads, hamestring, i felt light headed and sick to my stomach usualy this doesnt in happen but it might of been due to the fact that i wasnt on my diet yet but ate mcdonalds breakfeast and alot of soda....anybody ever find leg training more difficult than arm training?

If your not sick after leg training, your probrably didnt work hard enough. Keep it up, and get that diet taken care of ... good work.

Feeling light headed after leg training in my opinion is usually a good thing but being sick is probably from all of the mcdonalds
