Default M&F Get Big

Hi BBN members.
Has anyone read the Get Big routine from Muscle & Fitness (February)
For a beginer, could this routine work. Ofcourse after being modified for a beginer. Regular sets (4) standard reps (8-10)
No supersets, exhaustion sets or drop sets.

All your coments and recomendations are welcomed.

Thanks!!!

What is the program that is outlined?
Who wrote it?
Does it include dietary recommendations?

Okay, I checked this out. Doesn't seem all that different than most programs that they outline in every month of every year. They continually try to reinvent the wheel and make an attempt of packaging it differently. I don't recommend the program. I think you'll be better served searching around some of the training stickys here instead of doing that program. (think HST or upper/lower body splits) I diet program in that article is at least reasonably sound.
