Default Maintenance lifting

I have been pondering quite a bit about my goals lately. And I believe I have a solid plan to get where i want to go. I will be cutting until I'm done, my current cutter will take me to the begining of august, and if i'm not happy I will continue to cut.

Then I will hit a clean bulk and try to pack on as much lbm as possible in a 12 - 16 week period, without adding any fat.

Once i'm done with this, I want to start focusing more on my martial arts. This means i wont be able to lift big. Lifting big = too sore to do anything else.

What i was thinking of for a maintenance/growth program would be something like this.

4 weeks at 75-80% of max (sets of 8-12)
2 weeks at 95% of max (sets of 6-8)
4 weeks of 75-80% of new max (adjusted after 2 week strength gainer)

rinse and repeat. This way I will keep my size and strength, possibly adding little by little. I am unsure as to how many days a week i should be hitting the gym durring this period. So many options, so many splits.

Let me know what you guys think, this is a long time down the road so I want to get a lot of feedback so i can plan this out the best way possible.
