| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | ^^ u should buy the book. it will change ur philosophy on life...atleast it did to me... im more patient now....i realized that when i did DC i wanted fast results. but after reading the book i dont want to EVER hit the advanced stage. i want to stay an intermediate lifter for life lol |

| yeah I just checked out the first chapter, and i will be buying the book now. Its funny you say that anuj, from his description of "elite" I wouldnt want to be there either. But with only 1% of all athletes ever become elite, I dont think we have much to worry about homie. |

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | ^^ true....but i was referring to advanced not elite....an advanced lifter is something lesser than elite. but if u train like an advanced lifter when ur an intermediate, u will lower ur potential as a result of which ull hit the advaced stage very early hence less than 1% of athletes ever become elite - they all get crushed under "advanced" lol i am intermediate and this is where i want to be for a long long long time buy the book, read it and im telling u it will change ur entire outlook on weightlifting |
