Default more cuts more definition need help

I would like to get cut while maintaining my build. I want to get cut and loose the stomach and keep my strength. I am a hardcore lifter all my reps are 10-12 at 4 set each no matter how heavy the weight. I do not go too heavy where I can not have correct form nor complete my reps. I really help in getting the cut in my upper body?

what does your diet look like ?

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Definitely a good place to start. What does your diet look like? Have you used fitday? It will show you where you are at and based on the info you get from the sticky you can better plan your fat-loss regimen.
