| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Nice! However, most of them are for figuring out your weight per day (precalculated) such as Smolov Squats, which is one of the hardest programs I've ever seen. Mine's more for keeping track of what you can do! |
