thanks for the help kane..know of any other foods that have protein carbs and calories?

Tuna, seafood, beef, chicken, turkey....for protein (basically meat)
Any breads or pastas....carbs

You can hop onto fitday.com and it has the macro (protein fat and carb) breakdown for almost any food.

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]
