Keep training. That will help the soreness to go away.

keep trainign you wil get used to it. i would normally just lift for 2 or 3 days when you firts get back in the thick of things just to get the soreness out of the way. dont worry about it you will get used to it and it always seems like it was worst than the lats time. just stretch try to get a massage.

MONSTAFACE's Sig:in sports my will alone will get me from point A to B no matter what. in weight lifting i must understand that from A there is no B. the goal is constant progression and anything i do to hinder the continious straight line is counter productive. My will must be humbled and my humbleness must be willed

yes......i just type and press enter, i dont proofread i did enough of that in college. you know what i meant when i typed it anyway

Your body isn't used to training. If you keep it up the soreness will steadily get less and less each time.

Pain is fear leaving the body.

Work through the pain. This happens to everyone. The best thing to do is just suck it up and hit the gym on a regular basis. The pain, unfortunately, will go away soon enough.
