| i am 15 6''2 220lbs, normally soft drinks about 1 a day and water or juice and yes i eat junk food but then again healthy food is nastyi am not wanting to eat salads for the next few years also my goal is at least 190 if you were in my position what would be your goal and is my build really badi have chest fat and a small little hangover |

Gender: | Your diet sux, you need to learn to eat good food or you'll die by 50 anyway. Good food actually tastes way better than junk, it just requires fore thot. If you want to look good and get serious your going to need to adjust your life style. If you want us to tell you how to eat junk food and obtain the goal you want it ain't going to happen. |
