Default my goals

i am age 16 5-11 164lb bf 5% and am turning turning 17 oct 5. all goals are to be done by my birthday(in about 7 months).
bench 265 to 315
squat 300 to 350
deadlift 315 to 365
pullups 23 to 35
weight from 164 to 185 with same bf
do you think they are reasonable?

you gotta power lift trust me. get a good powerlifting routine for instance try and find a college football lifting regiment and follow that. i now lift for bulk and cut meaning individual muscle lifts but if you get into a body work out which would be a power lifting workout it would be much more realistic then individual muscle lifts. good luck

Those are some high goals to have in 7 months...What is your curent bench,squat,deadlift?

what are my current lifts? i just said them, mabe you missed it.
bench 265 to 315
squat 300 to 350
deadlift 315 to 365
that means that my current bench is 265 1 rep, squat 300... lol

well I don't think you can reach those goals in 7 months, but that's just my opion
