| my routine if u even call it that is day 1 bis and tris at home i mainly jus have dumbbells i can change weights on and a curl bar im not sure what exercises for ur forearm to do also for couple weeks now when i lift ne weight like 20lbs+ and say u were extending ur arm to set sumthin on a table when i release tension on it a sharp pain goes along the inner side of the forearm i went on vacation for a week a lil bit ago no weights at all but it didnt go away so idk if i should jus ignore it or what day2 back home gym thing like bowflex i use day3 chest bench for home gym sumtime i do dumbbell presses day 4 shoulders traps day 5 legs day 6 and 7 i usually take off well there u go ne suggestions would b great thnxx |

Gender: | The routine looks ok but what are you doing exactly. I generally do chest and bi's on the same day and back and tri's together as well. List your work out routine and we can creteak. |

| bis-curl bar/alternating dumbbell curls/and concentration curls tris-kick backs-curl bar over head extentions chest-flys/ bench shoulder-seated dumbbell press/ lateral raises traps- barbell and dumbbell shrugs legs-leg extension/leg curls back-lat pull downs/ reverse grip pull downs/ and dead lifts abs-crunches till i cant do nemore |
