Exclamation Need A Volume Routine

plz i need a volume routine :
my routine now is

MON:
Chest And Calves
TUE:
Back en triceps
Thur:
Shoulder and Traps,biceps
Fry:
LEGS

is taht ok?..help plz...

if your looking for volume training then look into German Volume Training. GVT
the training and workout stickies have everything you need to read about it.

Optimized Volume Training (OVT) is another option you could look at too. I had some good success with it.

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]
